We were instructed to carry out a fire safety assessment as part of a change of use planning application for an existing office building conversion to D1 - non residential institute.
The existing 5 storey 1970s office block had been derelict and vandalised following years of
neglect by the previous owners and was due to be converted to a place of worship with cafe, administrative offices and creche.
