After 7 months in the planning process, we are pleased to confirm planning permission has been granted to extend an existing 1930's semi into a large 4 bedroom family house.
There is to be a 2 storey side and rear extension and a loft conversion. The rear of the ground floor is to be completely free of columns to create a vast open plan living space housing the kitchen, living and dining rooms.
The scheme looks to utilise the latest building technologies to maximise the energy efficiency of the house. The use of smart dynamic heating systems and a super insulated building fabric will minimise the carbon footprint of the scheme.
Building work is due to commence March 2015.
